CURB APPEAL X 10! We opted to replace our garage door during the supply chain mess, so it was a bit costly, but it was like getting a face lift for the house - and worth it! The people make the difference. From our wonderful consultant, Jack S., to the rock star installation team of Andrew L. and Tyler C., the company is composed of extremely professional and engaging people. Excellent experience!

Nice friendly people to work with. The technician very professional, courteous and arrived quickly. I would have given 5 stars but was hit with a $21.00 shop supply fee and just had one torsion spring replaced on a 9' x 7' door. Just don't know how to justify the shop supply 7% fee when replacing one part. Anyway, I would use them again even with the flatulence fee.

Keith was extremely helpful with information to replace the bottom seal on our wooden garage door. He also, provided a quote for a new 18' X 7'steel door. As we used to say in the Navy, Bravo Zulu to Keith, an excellent employee, don't lose him.

Our experience was with the technician Keith. He represents what I expected from Precision. He was both professional and cordial. One of the springs had broken and trapped the car inside. Keith explained what he was going to do and provided the current pricing for this work. He then performed the work and was completed in a timely manner. We are 100% satisfied with his work and will surely recommend Precision to our friends.

This was the second garage door opener that Precision installed for me. Brian the tech did a great job and explained all the new hardware operations. Since my wife was not home when he had completed the install he talked me through the setup on the phone for my wife’s car remote opener operation. I will only use Precision for future garage door issues.

Everyone has a different set of priorities. Mine is PROFESSIONALISM in service. Prestige has lived up to their name from scheduling my estimate, to follow up, advance notice of the installation, non-cluttered work area, full review of operation of the doors and openers as well as maintenance tips. Since my install I had a problem they responded to immediately and adjusted without a service call fee or charge. I'm a very picky client and I wouldn't consider anyone else for what they do. I had a new spring and door opener install several weeks ago by Mike Fanning. He was very professional, hard working and did a great job. Last week I heard a clanging sound that wasn't there when Mike left. I called and was immediately given a date and time. ( next day). Travis called and then arrived shortly thereafter. He was very pleasant young man. He found the problem (minor) and made the repair. I am very impressed with Precision

Noah did an excellent job. He made recommendations as to what the garage door needed and priced out the parts and labor a couple of different ways. He left it up to me, but explained the difference in materials and what their life expectancy was. Very nice young man with a great friendly presence. I would highly recommend him to everyone!!

I heard a loud noise when I raised the garage door. Thankfully the door opened completely. I immediately called Precision Garage Door. The technician actually called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. He replaced the springs and wheels on the door and instructed me on how and where to lubricate the parts. He arrived with a mask on. Once he looked at the door, he provided me with 2 options and didn't push the more expensive one. He was done in a few hours, cleaned everything up before he left. He was very pleasant and courteous the entire time.
