5 stars just isn't enough to rate this company. Mr. Rapp you have exceptional staff. From our 1st call in scheduling for service to the actual repair of our garage door issues this company was phenomenal. Our service tech was Tim. He was 1st very kind and understanding in what we needed and what we could afford at this time. He explained everything throughly about his findings and when we chose the service we wanted he got right to work. He did an excellent job.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician who came out to repair our broken spring. He was efficient, friendly, and explained all the repairs that he would be doing. The best surprise was how quickly he arrived to do the job!

I had used your services last year replacing the door operator on my large door and your men did an outstanding job for me. So when my single door operator broke i knew who to call for the repair, John and his partner came out(on a Sunday) and did another outstanding job and i was very pleased. Great company and manpower, worth the investment

The service tech came out and I could tell that he was just trying to sell and not fix. He did not even look at anything, he told me he could not even open the door. He quoted me over $800. Said the spring was broke and the motor was burnt out. He also said for twice as much he would be better material and longer warranty. He was so nervous talking to me. I told him to give me quotes and had him leave. I then called another company and they came out, Opened my door, replaced the sring and said the motor was just fine. All fixed for under $350. I do not recommend this place - pure con job!

The service rep was professional and friendly. However, he had to call the main office to have replacement / additional parts delivered. That took over 80 minutes.

At 3pm the spring to my garage door broke. At 4pm I made a call to Precision and they had a Technician at the house at 6pm. The garage door was fixed before 8pm. Joshua the tech, was professional and knowledgeable... I will recommend your company to anyone that ask.... Thanks Precision

Mike Fanning was prompt, professional, efficient, & courteous. After diagnosing the problem, he presented us with options from which we could chose. Once selected, he quickly replaced our broken garage door opener with a new (and more improved) opener. He replaced the wall mounted control switch, reprogrammed the car opener, & held a short “class” on safety features & how to make it all work. Well done Mike!

I really appreciate the way that I was treated by PGD from the initial call with my concerns and the prompt appointment to have my door fixed. Mr. Noah Geer was the technician assigned to deal with my problem. He was excellent, courteous, gave me all the information I need to make an informed decision. He explained the process and how long it was going to take. He also went out of his way to make sure that after he changed the necessary parts to make the door safe and functional that I understood what parts may need to be replaced in the future. His expertise was very much appreciated. This is the second time that I use PGD and all I can say is that I highly recommend this company to any one who needs their services. They are very professional and do a great job. They don't cut corners and you can expect a job well done. Kudos.

Robert Trotter contacted me prior to his arrival and arrived right within his estimated time. He very quickly recognized my most immediate problem was the chain. Answering some of my questions he brought to my attention some options I have that would be to my benefit along, with fixing the chain. At this time Robert fixed the chain and gave me an idea of cost which allows me to plan for the near future. I am both very pleased and thankful for Robert’s help and time. Thanks for coming out so quick to repair the broken spring on our garage door during a holiday weekend. Your technician Kayne was excellent. Very professional, went right to work and finished the job to our satisfaction.
