My service repair guy (Brian Harmon) arrived on time and did a great job. He did a quick check up on the condition of my garage door and determined that I had a broken spring and ball bearings were also damaged/worn. He quickly gave me a quote on all the diffrent types and cost of the associated parts. After agreeing with Brian, he installed the new spring and ball bearings in no time, and fine tuned everything to perfection. He did an awesome job and explained to me proper maintenance procedures to follow i.e. lubrication of all moving parts etc. I highly recommend Precision garage door to all who are looking for a good quality service. Good Job!

5 stars all the way! Received a phone call for a very pleasant dispatcher (Danielle) within an hour of service call. Service provided next day. Service tech, Chris, called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Professional, knowledgeable, he quickly assessed problem, explained it and offered 3 options for resolution. Work was complete within an hour. Very happy with service.

We got a new garage door, motor and belt and all the bells and whistles. We are very happy with the work, except on the day of installation they did not apply the black trim as promised. Everything else is great. Overall I would give it a 5 but since we have not received the trim from 2 weeks ago I am hold that 5 until the work is completed. Thank you

Talk about timing! I had just seen the Precision TV commercial on the Today show when I found the garage door wouldn't open. Broken spring. I called and was given an appointment within just a few hours. Lucky me, a young man named Issac came to my rescue. He was so polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient that I spent twice what I anticipated but with confidence it was a good investment and would ensure years without this problem again. Thank you, people in the office, who authorized Issac to give me exception service at a fair price.

The process was quick and seamless. Brittney was able to schedule an appointment for the day after my call. They were able to come earlier than scheduled and called to see if that would work for me, and it did. Keith was very friendly and courteous. I asked to have the garage door seal replaced plus an overall check up on the door. He provided an estimate for the seal only, plus made recommendations to replace the rollers and cable. Given my budget, I elected to start with the seal replacement, but will follow up with him to complete the other items soon. Once he pulled the the seal, Keith noted extensive door corrosion and elected to use a seal that would help mitigate further wear. I couldn't be happier with the result and the service received
