Called Precision this morning and right away an appointment was set up on same day! I love it! No waiting for days or so. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. We had a non emergency issue with both of our doors and Precision was able to come by within a few hours of my call. Their technician, Arnold Simpson took care of everything with the type of care you'd expect if the doors were his, not ours. He worked for hours until he was certain the doors were operating as well as possible. What started out as two really noisy doors ended up, with a few parts and a lot of adjusting, working and sounding as if they were new. Great job by a great tech!.
