He was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, understood our needs and was experienced in replacing the door spring system. He examined the door, thoroughly explained the necessary repairs and discussed optional repairs that would increase the life expectancy of the door system. I take pride in writing this review due to a very pleasing experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door. I had arrived home on Saturday night, from a vacation, and discovered that our originally installed garage door spring had broken. I called Precision the next morning (Sunday) to see if I could get a technician out for repairs. I simply wanted to NOT pay weekend fees and schedule an appointment for a weekday. The very friendly person who took my call advised me that the price is the same everyday and I could have a technician respond that afternoon! That was the start of a great day/experience. My window was from 12-4pm for the technician and he called at 12:04 and advised me he was 10 minutes out. At 12:15, Alex Carmack (service technician), showed up and I was instantly put at ease with his tremendous respect and politeness. It only took Alex 5 minutes to deduce my problem and what I needed for repairs. He showed me all my material options and never tried to sell me more than I needed but answered ALL my questions on all the options. After I chose my types of springs, Alex took me to the garage door and literally showed me everything he was going to do. His confidence and knowledge was very impressive. Alex told me it was going to take approximately 1 1/2 hours and he finished in only an hour. The garage was perfect when completed and I believe it even works more proficiently now! I worked as a firefighter for 30 years and my #1 goal was ALWAYS customer service and in these modern times it seems like that type of service has diminished some. I’m here to advise y’all that Precision Door is a company that believes the same way… customer service is number one with them. Thanks so much Alex and Precision for reassuring me that high quality work still exists!!

We unfortunately ran into our garage door backing out as it was going up! The last thing we needed. It was later in the evening to top it off. I called Pricision and they were able to come the next morning! First time I used them. Luke did an outstanding job!!! He was very nice and professional! Refreshing! We did have to get a new opener because of the damage but he was able to repair the lower panel with new hardware. I also bought a code box for outside. He made sure I understood all the operations of newly installed items. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future!

We contracted with Precision Garage Doors for a total garage door replacement including, new tracks and a new Genie opener. Rebecca was our Sales rep and she was very helpful and experienced. She was prompt, had many garage door samples when she came to our house, took the time to answer all of our questions and she explained the entire process perfectly. She made it easy to choose the new garage door. (You can tell that she loves her job because her enthusiasm really showed!) I would HIGHLY recommend Rebecca as your Sales rep based upon our experience. After our appointment, Rebecca sent us our quote and the pricing was better than their closest competitor and the amount of time that it would take to get the install scheduled was also better than their closest competitor. The scheduling people were very courteous from the initial call in order to get everything scheduled and they even conducted a follow up call one day ahead of installation in order to confirm and answer any potential questions. When it came time for our new garage door, tracks and opener to be installed, Tyler did a FANTASTIC job at installing everything. He was also very experienced and answered all of our questions. After installation he demonstrated the keypad features, provided the programming instructions, demonstrated the handheld door openers and advised as to how to maintain the doors so that they stay in great shape for years to come. We were extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish specifically our experience with Rebecca and Tyler! We are very glad to have contracted with Precision Garage Doors. We HIGHLY recommend them and our garage door looks AMAZING!
