The technician was on time and very friendly. He was professional and introduced himself and listened patiently while I described the issue. He explained what he was looking at and what he was thinking as he trouble shot the door. He started with a simple fix to see if that would resolve the issue. Keith arrived promptly and proceeded to listen to me explaining what the problem was. He then began to address my concerns, even though I asked him to do more by installing a new motor. Keith was very professional and personable and didn't hesitate to complete the job on the spot. I can only say I wish every service company conducted themselves in that manner.
