Our Technician Craig Earle was On-Time and reviewed our problems with our existing Genie garage and within minutes he had a solution. He reviewed the problems with me and made recomendations to repair the problem. There was no attempt in up-selling an entire new system, rather a few simple repairs which were completed in less than an hour. Craig was very knowledgeable in our system and even pointed out how to properly maintain it. I did ask for future reference how much a new opener with a belt drive would be to purchase and install. The price provided was extremely affordable and certainly not worth installing myself from a home improvement store! Great job and I highly recommend your business.

Tech was Brent Howell I called around 11:00 am with my door problem. I was told that a tech would be there between 11 and 3. Brent called on his way. He observed the situation and gave me three options to fix my door. I chose the 7 year warranty. Brent put in a new tension bar, rollers, and cables. Brent is truly an asset to your company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did the work in the time he estimated. I enjoyed watching Brent work as he told me what he was doing in the process. My garage door was showing signs of getting ready to malfunction. I called Precision and they were at my home within 3 hours. I said I could not afford a tremendous amount of repair. The technician came up with 3 levels of plans to address my garage door's needs. I chose the one I could afford right now and I'm confident my garage door is much more stable and will function well until we can afford a whole new door.

I experienced a sincere, honest, secure, open service person, who explained my options for either looking for a quote at last resort for their team for new double wide garage door with them or fixing the one I had. We decided to repair the 20 yr. old one I had been using as it was electrically intact. Also, I just retired and my wife was pushed out of here job at a hospital. My garage door door was self destructing due to age and another companies poor job-(what they did to the components, and its quick deteriation, and present condition was evidence).
