I experienced a sincere, honest, secure, open service person, who explained my options for either looking for a quote at last resort for their team for new double wide garage door with them or fixing the one I had. We decided to repair the 20 yr. old one I had been using as it was electrically intact. Also, I just retired and my wife was pushed out of here job at a hospital. My garage door door was self destructing due to age and another companies poor job-(what they did to the components, and its quick deteriation, and present condition was evidence). Immediate fix right then, took a while, with continued and great efforts in exhausting heat and humidity. Great worker and expert on these products. Super professional, ethical, sincere, and responsible man. I would use this company and that gentleman any day on any day for any work to do on my doors or property! Sorry this is tardy! Bryan was knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted an easy to use outside keypad and I got that. Bryan noticed that my garage door sometimes stuck and it was very creaky and noisy. He replaced one part and put on new rollers-now the garage door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I am very satisfied and thought Bryan was a nice, "cleancut" young man. 5 stars

My garage door was showing signs of getting ready to malfunction. I called Precision and they were at my home within 3 hours. I said I could not afford a tremendous amount of repair. The technician came up with 3 levels of plans to address my garage door's needs. I chose the one I could afford right now and I'm confident my garage door is much more stable and will function well until we can afford a whole new door.
