When I called Precision regarding a garage door emergency, my call was answered immediately and an appointment made for a 4 hour slot that same day. Carlos, the technician called before his arrival which was right on time. He did an outstanding job assessing the situation, explaining the problem, and providing options for the repair. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and highly recommend Precision Garage Door for anyone who needs garage door service.

Called Precision to fix a snapped belt. It broke on Saturday morning, and they had it repaired by 5:00 the same day. Their technicians are courteous, and they do not try to oversell what isn't needed. I actually called another company and they tried to diagnose the problem over the phone, and provided an estimate without having seen anything! The technician who came out on a previous call was great as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
