Our technician was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. When discussing options for repair or replacement, he was not pushy or intimidating. His helpful suggestions were very much appreciated and we ended up taking his advice and replacing the garage door opener and installing a second spring. I have needed a new garage door opener for ages and I saw Precision on TV and I hit the website to investigate and I liked the prices. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay but I needed a new opener. Ryan walked me through all the various types that were offered and I thought the belt drive was the best since it had a life time warranty. Ryan was very thorough and he explained everything that he was doing while I was watching him install. He said it would take an hour and he even finished before that. I recommend Precision

We selected Precision because their website said no extra charge for weekends, and their A+ BBB rating. Our garage door spring broke on Saturday at 1pm. We called Precision at 1:30 and they scheduled an appt between 4-6 same day. Tom showed at 4:15, gave us an appraisal of our door's plusses and minusses. We decided to replace the spring, rollers, bearings and metal plate which attaches to the bracket to the chain. Tom N. said our door itself and opener were fine, just the hardware needed replacement and upgrade. He installed everything by 5:15. Our garage door is now as quiet as a Rolls-Royce. He said the work is warranteed for 5 years. We love the new quiet of our door. Thank you, Precision, for your quick and professional service. We will definitely recommend you to our neighbors.
