This has been a great experience since my first phone call. I had to change the time at the last minute and it was not a hassle. Mike was great he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not try and sell me a new garage door like I feared. He did great work and now my door works better than it did when it was first installed. I am very pleased.

If you have a broken garage door spring, you are trapped! Precision came out first thing on Sunday morning and not only replaced the springs, but inspected the door and highlighted a couple other issues - worn bearings, frayed cables, and inadequate attachments of the opener to the door. All were corrected, the entire door was adjusted, lubed, and tested. Tom, the technician, made sure the opener limits were reset to adjust for the new attachments. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough, and explained everything to me carefully and answered all my questions.

I called for service about 1:30pm on Friday and never expected to have someone come out that late. To my surprise, the girl said a technician would be here between 2 & 4pm. In less than 30 minutes, Ryan arrived to repair our door. We were very happy with his service and I was completely amazed at how quiet the door open and closed when he was finished. Broken spring wouldn't let me open garage door. Appointment was easy to set and Tech. was out same morning, calling me himself to let me know the schedule. He assessed the door, motor, frame and made necessary repairs. He discussed future maintenance and showed me a detailed price sheet. He even told me what DIDN'T need to be done, just for my own knowledge and peace of mind. Very professional and nice :)
