I used Precision for a garage door "tune-up" and roller replacements. What drew me to them was their high customer satisfaction on Angie's List. The technicians were very helpful and honest. They provided me some suggestions on other maintenance I will need in the future, but they did not give me a hard sell. All in all, I am very satisfied with the experience.

The company that serviced us three years ago is no longer in business so I googled and found Precision. I made my decison to call them for help after I read several reviews. I'm not dissappointed in my choice. The service tech John was great in diagnosing the problem and was able to replace the springs and put in a new gear and sproket on the opener. The total time to repair my door was only an hour. I will definitely call them if the need arises.

The technician arrived on time and performed the evaluation of our old garage door opener (21 years old) which was not operational. He installed a new, much quieter and nicer unit very quickly, after informing us of what it would cost to replace the part on the old unit first and then giving us the option of replacing the entire unit which we chose to do. I would recommend this company to my neighbors whose homes and door systems are just about the same age as ours was.

Came out on Sunday afternoon. Very nice repairman solved problem and reccomended other repairs to parts that were worn. Cost was well under what a new door installed would have cost. Very professional and trusted from the minute he set foot on property. Will use again if needed.

Real nice tech actually arrived early. Repaired springs, recommended replacement of additional warn parts, showed me the warn parts no monkey business. No hard sale tactics.. previous contact with parents door repair south tpa.I had also justhad lightning strike.so when I was able to talk with a live person on Saturday evening and was given any time on sunday ,it was great.my garage door had pulled supports from ceiling and garage tom was here by 830.he was finished before set time . he replaced everything except the actual door.he was so helpful and with tips while working.he was great .i would have tom back to do his magic with my door.i was great since as a nurse i was due on Monday to work late and is was great feeling knowing all was just right and safe.thank you again.i have already told 3 co workers of how great my experience was.working weekends as routine time for customers to call with time restraints or emergencies perfect .thankyou to tom for making a bad time for me much better with a great end experience

Precision Garage Door is outstanding. Mike Boyle is extremely knowledable and not only replaced the garage door rollers (which is the service we originally intended), but also showed me that the spring tension was completely wrong and unsafe. We went ahead and got the springs replaced and properly tensioned and also had Mike replace the seal on the bottom of the door. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail that I encountered with Precision Garage Door. This company deserves yor business! You will not be disappointed.
