Clunky noise at end of closing garage door. Promise quiet w/new rollers purchased.
Don S. was contacted immediately after our offices received his comment card. Don informed our offices that he is completely satisfied with his door's performance since our previous visit. Apparently, his door is running smooth and quiet as promised by our technician. He was not sure what was causing the noise, but it has since left! Don was reminded that we offer a warranty on all of our services and if he ever has any concerns with his door he shouldn't hesitate to call us.
