The tone was set upon visiting the Precision website: they outlined the tests to see where the problem lay. Mine was simple.....needed a new door and operator. The outside representative Matt Bigalow came out; we hit it off immediately. Looked at estimate and said let's do it. Door (Stafford 1000) and Operator (Linear 3/4 hp) were subsequently installed by Joe, along with a key pad. EVERYTHING related to Precision was outstanding. If a person needs a company that is top-notch, then please allow Precision the opportunity to serve you, too. THANKS very much to one and all at Precision
