Called and received same day service. Tech (Chad) was professional and personable. Gave me options with his recommendations without sales pressure. He was thorough in his work from beginning to end. I would recommend him to do your work. I had him replace the door rollers, main springs, cables, and installed a new garage door opener. He also took the time at the end to explain the system and program all the fobs, as well as our Car's link.. Very pleased with the job.

I saw the ad on TV and was having trouble with my Garage door. The person that came, although the door was placed on a brand new house, it always sounded like it was about to break. The person who came from precision review the door, and explained in detail why the door made so much noice, and rattled. He gave me options, including just service it, and it would last trouble free for a while. He give me all other options, with prices, and how much work I could afford to due, to upgrade the major comports of the door, so it will last and work correct. After review, I asked if he could do the work right then and there, He did, and the garage now sounds and proforms the way a door should. I was very satisfied and happy that I was able to finally get the door operating the way it should have from day one, by upgrading components in the door.

To be honest, I thought I was calling the "other" big company. I never had a garage before. My husband said Precision was a big co. So I kept the appointment. Christian Walker was my repair man. My door was backed into. Christian did a bandaid repair and replaced some parts for me to hold me over until I save for a new door. He did a very good job. You don't really notice where the door was hit unless you are looking for it. It should be replaced. He fixed it well. He didn't push any sales on me at all. I inquired about the cost of a few things. I made the right decision.
