I don't question the quality of work or the service provided by Precision. In fact, I have used the company in the past. I DO have an issue with the "bait and switch" advertising on your website, promoting the $899 special. The garage door pictured in the ad clearly shows a door with windows (Sunray), right next to the $899 price. As I suspected, this is NOT the door that's available for $899 and in fact, the door in the picture is actually double the price ($1800). Very misleading and a classic marketing sham. We haven't made a decision on a door purchase yet but this episode just leaves me with a bad feeling.

Wolf was very nice and overly efficient! He only had to put A wheel back in its track, but went above and beyond. He made sure everything was tight and functioning properly, as well as lubed all the moving parts. 5 stars for employee Wolf as well as Precision for prompt same day service!

My garage door did not open, and I did not see your advertising. My husband had a hand written note in his desk with your phone number.....He passed away in November and I was cleaning out his desk. I called, was treated courteously on the phone, and Jeremy was at my house the next day. Courteous, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. The problem was promptly fixed. My garage door spring broke about 7:00 PM on New Years Day. After making an online appointment I decided to call, as well. Got an appointment for the morning of the next day! The tech, Noah called about 20 minutes before arriving at 8:00 AM. He explained exactly what was needed and what my options were. No hard sell - just the facts. I selected what I wanted and he went to work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and capable. The job was done in well under two hours and the door works better than ever. Used once before when we first moved in. As on that occasion, yesterday's service request was responded to quickly. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, listened to my explanation of the problem, sought out the resolution, offered & explained my options & fixed the problem with a new (much quieter) system. He removed all parts no longer needed - wouldn't even know he'd been there, explained how the new system worked & left us all with the feeling that he'd taken care of our issue as if it was his personal problem. Very professional. Had a problem with my garage door, ( kept opening by itself ), gave me a time window, and called 1/2 hour before arrival. I needed a new garage door opener and had to service my squeaky door. Had all parts on hand and about 1:40 minutes was done! Door is now super quiet and works 10 times better! Jose did a great job and showed us everything that we needed to know! I highly recommend Jose and this company. Great job and great price!

I called Precision because we have used them in the past to repair our garage door and was very satisfied with their service. When I called, I wa given an arrival window and our service rep, Jimmy, was well within the allotted time. My wife worked with him. He was very polite and professional; explaining exactly what the problem was and now it would be repaired. He worked extremely hard to complete the project in a timely fashion. After the completion of the project he patiently went over everything he did providing he with a detailed bill, explained the warranty, and told her how to reach him should something go wrong after he left. He event took time to reprogram my wif'e's car so she could open and close the door from inside her car. Jimmy represented your company well and should be commended.
