I could not get my garage door to close. After checking to make sure nothing was in the way ,I called. I was given a window of 6 to 10 pm. I heard from the tech a little before 6 and he was there in minutes. Totally professional and super nice He showed me the correct position for the eye and presto it was fixed. He lubed the door for me and said it was under warranty. Thanks to Precision again for coming to my rescue

Jim Mantsch did a great job ! Diagnosed the problem relatively quickly and explained all the options. Garage Door needed a new opener and rollers. Did a lot of work in a very short time and had all the needed parts on the truck so there was no delay. I'd call them again if I had another problem.

I needed a garage door spring replaced. The tech was professional and inspected both doors and complete systems. He made several suggestions including I need to replace one of my openers. I oked him fixing $700 of issues on both doors. After he told me I needed to replace my opener because the shaft was loose and would soon fail. He indicated it could fail within the next week. I ordered a new opener from Lowes and installed it myself. When I took the old opener down I noticed the shaft was not loose. Upon closer inspection I found what I believe to be normal wear and tear. Nothing worse that my other opener. Now I wonder how much of that $700 I needed.

James responded to our request for repair to our garage door opener within one day because that was more convenient for me. He was appropriately attired for the COVID-19 issues and he’s very knowledgeable about the repair we needed done. He offered several options including some to save a little money and showed us the pros and cons of each quote. Husband and I agreed to His recommendations And he installed the needed parts the same day. I can hardly hear the garage door open now with the new bearings and wheels installed.
