I have called Precision before and I will call them again in the future. I appreciate the way I get service on the same day. I needed a new bracket that attached to the door and with a recommendation I also had the rollers replaced. Tom made sure the seal was just right before leaving.

I'm very satisfied with the product itself. The Precision Doors replaced another brand name product. These doors are super quite. The Service Tech., Matt, was very professional. His knowledge and his customer service skills are very exemplary. Not only did he identify the problem, he pointed it out to me in detail. That's what I really liked. Demeanor of an employee speaks volumes of a company. You have a good one in Matt.

Many thanks to Precision Garage Door Service. The brackets on our gargage door had deteriorated and we couldn't open or close the door. It's 41 degress in Clearwater and it was eminent that we get our door fixed so it would close. A very kind and courteous Techinician, John Tsangarinos, showed up quickly to repair the brackets. Someone was dispatch the same day I called. I was told I would get a call 15 minutes out and you did everything you said you would. Very pleased with the service tech, Tom Sewell. He knew what the problem was and also gave me options. I would definitely use Precision again.
