Doug, the service technician, was punctual and very courteous. I requested a service call to reprogram a garage opener keypad. He was very knowledgeable and quickly saw that the existing keypad was non-functional. Within minutes he replaced it and it works great! The cost was very reasonable even though it was a saturday. I am very pleased with the service provided and would not hesitate to call them for future needs.

I specifically requested Craig Earle because he did my servicing back in 2009. His skills, expertise, and overall job knowledge are "off the charts" because he is so good in all aspects of his job, and he took a lot of extra time with me as well explaining everything he did from installing the new Linear motor, to replacing belts, rollers, bearing plates, working my new remotes, etc. I've worked in customer service as the Executive Assistant in Hospital Administration for 35+ years now, and Craig's polite and courteous demeanor, as well as his professional customer service skills are among the best I've ever seen. I will most definitely recommend Craig and your company to my friends, neighbors and co-workers! Please be sure Craig receives my sincere thanks to him for a job "more than well done"! My technician Doug was fantastic. The problem with my door was very minor, but I was also aware that my door was very old and noisy and probably might have more complicated problems in the future. Doug carefully outlined options, explained what each would accomplish as well as warranty information. He was very personable and professional. We are planning o buy new doors, and though he isn't a salesman he was very informative.
