I'm very please to say Precision Door is a company stands behind the products they sell and install. My door opener motor failed within the warranty period and they came out on a Saturday and replaced my entire original door opener system with a new "Linear" drive system...everything: motor, belt drive, sensors, key pads.........no questions asked! It's the quietest and smoothest operating door system I've ever heard. Sean, the service technician, not only installed and adjusted the system hardware, he took the time to program fully explain the function and operating controls of the new door system. To say I'm extremely pleased with the response time and service, would be an understatement! Thanks Precision Door.....you earned an A++ in my book!

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT A SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED BEFORE THE TIME THAT I WAS GIVEN TO EXPECT HIM. THANK YOU. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND ACTUALLY DID IT. HE ALSO SHOWED ME THE WORN OUT PARTS AND GAVE ME THE OPTIONS OF REPAIRING MY EXISTING GARAGE DOOR OPENER OR INSTALLING A NEW ONE AND THE CHOICES THAT I HAD IF I WANTED TO INSTALL A NEW OPENER. THE NEW OPENER WAS INSTALLED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANOR. IF I OWED A BUSINESS I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO HAVE HIM WORK FOR ME. PRECISION DOOR DID WORK FOR ME IN THE PAST AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM IF I NEED HELP IN THE FUTURE
