Scheduled a bottom seal replacement through a deal on Angie's list. The work was scheduled early evening at my request to accommodate my schedule. Technician Ryan Goodman was on time and professional. Performed the bottom seal replacement and explained other wear items and options. Installed a keypad opener at my request for a very reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with the experience and recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

I have nothing to say,but, you have an excellent company. I have had Mike out for repairs twice in the last year, and he does a fantastic job. H answers any questions that you have about the product and explains how it works. He is friendly and professional at all times. In both times that he has been out for repairs it has been late in the afternoon and early evening. Even though he has already put in a long day, you would't realize it with his attitude. You have a great employee in Mike. Keep up the good work.

I called at 4:15pm on Thanksgiving Eve with a door stuck halfway open. Was told a tech would be there between 5-7pm. Mike arrived at precisely 5:00pm.He immediately went to work to access the problem.Once he finished he explained the options. I told him to fix everything, to give the entire unit a going over regardless of price. What an awesome technician.He knew exactly what he was doing and within an hour my door was going up and down quiet as a mouse. I had made calls to two other companies before Precision and was told they could not get to me before Friday, what a joke. I will make everyone I know aware of my great experience with your company. I did research on garage door repair companies prior to me calling Precision. I chose Precision because of the positive reviews and them being on Angie's list Edward came out to repair torsion springs. He also observed that the bearings were worn and needed replacing. When I told him that it was not in my budget, he explained the ability to pay in two installments. My husband and I were quite pleased with the professionalism of Ed and the overall job he did. He was quick, thorough,and quiet. We will recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.
