Scheduled a bottom seal replacement through a deal on Angie's list. The work was scheduled early evening at my request to accommodate my schedule. Technician Ryan Goodman was on time and professional. Performed the bottom seal replacement and explained other wear items and options. Installed a keypad opener at my request for a very reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with the experience and recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

I have nothing to say,but, you have an excellent company. I have had Mike out for repairs twice in the last year, and he does a fantastic job. H answers any questions that you have about the product and explains how it works. He is friendly and professional at all times. In both times that he has been out for repairs it has been late in the afternoon and early evening. Even though he has already put in a long day, you would't realize it with his attitude. You have a great employee in Mike. Keep up the good work.

I called at 4:15pm on Thanksgiving Eve with a door stuck halfway open. Was told a tech would be there between 5-7pm. Mike arrived at precisely 5:00pm.He immediately went to work to access the problem.Once he finished he explained the options. I told him to fix everything, to give the entire unit a going over regardless of price. What an awesome technician.He knew exactly what he was doing and within an hour my door was going up and down quiet as a mouse. I had made calls to two other companies before Precision and was told they could not get to me before Friday, what a joke. I will make everyone I know aware of my great experience with your company. I chose Precision because their yellow page ad advised they are on Angie's List, a BBB business and offer no service fee with repairs. I like the fact they come out on holidays and weekends at no extra charge if an emergency should arise. I also read the reviews from other customers with very high ratings. My tech was John Tsangarinos, and he has approx 15 yrs experience with the company, and knows his stuff. I am a firm believer that a company is only as good as its employees. John identified many of the issues I was already aware of, but he also identified a major issue I was unaware of due to improper installation by a prior company. He tweaked and fine tuned everything on my garage door. My garage door now runs smoothly, quieter, and has a new feeling to it. There were no upselling attempts, I was provided with the repair prices for my specific problems prior to any work being done. He even linked by car to the new garage door opener. And they warranty their work. I was allowed to pick a time convenient for me, not them. The work was completed quickly and the tech arrived within the two hour time frame as stated. Precision will be my first choice for any garage door issues I may have in the future.

I heard about Precision Door Service on a commercial while watching the news. My door needed springs, rollers and cables, plus brackets, etc. Because they have all the parts the repairs were done right away. My technician was courteous and seemed skilled in preforming what ever needed to be done. He also said they would back up the work for five years for what I had done. So far I'm satisfied. Mike W. was very nice.

I chose Precision based on a very informative website and the fact weekend appointments were not an extra charge. I was very pleased with the technician assigned my call, Doug Naporano. Due to a heavy Sunday call overload Doug was running later than scheduled and was quick to apologize for the delay. His courteous and friendly demeanor more than made up for the delay. Once Doug completed a visual inspection of the problems with my door he presented an estimate and thoroughly answered each and every question I had regarding the proposed repairs. Despite my service call being his last of probably a very exhaustive day for him, Doug treated my call as if it was his first of the day in a very professional cordial manner. I was very pleased with Doug's work, attention to detail and will consider Precision for future repairs.

Our double garage door's spring broke trapping our car. My wife had just given up driving and we sold the 2nd car giving us backup. Tom arrived within the schedule time and assessed the problem, gave us an estimate and time. He immediately proceeded to fix the spring and overhaul both doors at our request. We found Tom efficient and courteous. The elderly mother-in-law was in the hospital and was being discharged making the repair urgent. Next year we will be scheduling a service call.
