Josh Battle was an excellent technician. He explained our problem with our garage motor and what he recommended to be done. He replaced everything that was needed to be replaced. I had both springs replaced on my overhead door today. The technician (Zachery) arrived within the allotted window and replaced both springs. Zachery was kind and professional and a pleasure to have a conversation with. I don't know if they are the cheapest, but they sure know how to hire top notch employees.

We called Precision and asked them about getting a new garage door. They sent out Jack, a representative to speak with us and we scheduled the installation. The day of the installation arrived and Andrew arrived and went right to work. I was surprised he was by himself but we saw right away that he was more than capable. He worked tirelessly and carefully, making sure to install everything just as we had requested. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We had a whole new system installed with a brand new door, outside key pad, inside garage control and two controls for our cars. He explained how we could use wifi to open and close our garage door remotely and showed us all the features of our new door. Andrew was absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend Precision Garage door to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement!

Amazing experience I highly recommend this company. Robert was my technician. Not only did he fix the issue I had but was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. As a matter of fact I was the one that inquired on a replacement option just because my motor for the garage sounds a bit rough. Robert explained to me clearly the reason for the rough noise and gave me options based on what I was looking for. Long story short as soon as the holidays are gone I’m going with one of the options the he recommended. Couldn’t speak better for precision the name says it all thank you precision and above all thank you Robert for your hard work and most important your honesty.

I discovered the garage door spring was broken about 9 AM on a Saturday morning, and called Precision immediately. The young woman on the phone was very polite and said a technician would be there between Noon and 4 PM. Andy Peck arrived about 2:30 PM and was very personable, helpful, and did an incredible job. He explained everything that needed to be done and other things that could be done but were not immediate needs. He was very honest. I felt like I was in good hands. The job was completed by 4 PM and I could not be happier.

Previously John Pappas serviced the garage door when it would only go down half way. He fixed this probably 1 1/2 yr ago. I saved his card, and he left a spray can to lube the rails periodically. When my door wouldn't budge this morning, I sprayed & sprayed to try & get it to move. It wouldn't! I knew your people would help, so I called for service again.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. Because I have used Precision before I didn't hesitate to establish a chat with them online even though it was Sunday.
