My torsion spring broke. I called and John came within an hour. He saw the problem and several other worn parts. The repair took several hours. He showed me the worn parts to prove they were worn. I recommend this company!

My garage door system took a dive and I called precision to schedule an appointment and they had a same day technician available. He called me 10 minutes later to say he was on his way. Turns out I needed a lot more than I expected but my technician Braxton was upfront about pricing and what did and didnt need replaced. He got to work right away and got me a whole new set up in less than 3 hours. Showed me all he replaced and how everything worked. He was professional and friendly and Im thankful to have a fully functional garage door that came with a complete 5 year warranty! Appreciate you guys!
