Needed my garage door fixed—I couldn’t get it to open due to a broken spring. I called this agency 9:00 AT NIGHT because I was really upset that I couldn’t get my car out. A very kind and personable young man answered the phone and reassured me that he would have someone out by 8am the next morning. This sure cooled me down knowing help was going to be here so quickly. Very rare experience for me. Usually help could get to me days later. Thank goodness! Sure enough, 8 am sharp the next morning, Chris from Precision was at my front door. An amazing gentleman! He had my garage door fixed in very little time. Wow! I am impressed with the professional customer service these two young men had dealing with me and my initial bad attitude.
