Angel was my technician today who replaced my garage door opener, which had finally fallen apart after 24 years. He explained everything in great detail why it was no longer working and not repairable. He installed a new motor, removed all old debris, and explained how to work all the buttons and operate the opener. He sprayed all the rollers to make it work smoothly. My new Genie garage door opener is working great! I highly recommend Angel for his genuine, great attitude and attention to detail! When I called this morning, the woman who answered the phone was helpful as well, and sent me a text message with a photo of the technician as well as the approximate time he would arrive. From the time I made the phone call until the time the job was complete was less than three hours! That’s pretty awesome! Thank you everyone for getting things done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Much appreciated!

I’ve been using Precision for over 20 years. Chris M is the best tech I’ve encountered yet! Hard working and more educated on the inter workings of garage doors than I could begin to comprehend. Today’s service (on Sunday) was less than 2 hours from call till Chris’s arrival. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!
