A representative came to replace my sensors on the day I called to schedule an appointment. He was very courteous and professional. My sensors on the garage door were no longer working so he replaced them and the garage door opened and shut normally again. Quick response and repair. I would recommend Precision!

The young man that came to my "rescue" was very knowledgeable and found the problem with my door right away. He was very courteous, kind, and helpful. I asked for a quote to do the work he said needed to be done and he provided it. After a few changes and modifications to the quote, we agreed on a price for the work to be done and he scheduled it. The scheduled date fits my timeline perfectly.

This was the second time I needed to call a garage service company and the second time I called Precision Door Service. My first experience was great, no stress, people arrived on time and were courteous, friendly and respectful, so of course I had no hesitation in calling them the second time. I had the same experience again ,polite people on the phone, appointment made for as early as possible due to circumstances . Service representative arrived next day on time and again friendly and respectful explained problem to me in detail, gave estimate and deal was closed. Within an hour and a half problem solved corrected and finished. No stress to me and knowing job would be done correctly. I will always call this company and recommend to others. I've used Precision Garage Door Service at least 2 other times and always have had a good experience with the service. This time was no different. It was Mother's Day weekend and my car was stuck in the garage because my garage door wouldn't open. Precision sent someone out on a Sunday within 6 hours of me calling and fixed the broken springs in a short time. No problem with trying to get me to do more than I could afford to do. In fact, gave me a good discount even though it was a weekend. The service person was especially nice, thorough, kind in his detailed explanation of what he would and could do to repair the door parts and let me make my decision without trying to make me purchase more than necessary. I will no doubt be calling again....I have 3 garage doors to keep in good working order.
