It started with a great sales call, and a fair quote. Installation was smooth, and the installers were pleasant and respectful. Sherman and Jesus took the time to test everything, gave clear explanations, and went the extra mile make sure we were happy with the job. Before they left they made sure the area was clean and they picked up all the trash. We were told this company was too expensive — I will say that for a few percent more, they were worth every penny. The exact same product will poor customer service and not so professional and knowledgeable installers has a cost. Go for it, you will be glad you did.

I called Precision Garage Door Service of Clearwater, and they sent out Sprice Riley the same day. He replaced the opener, the spring, updated all the hardware, and programmed the new remotes. He took his time to make sure everything was working perfectly. Sprice was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. I’m grateful he was able to complete all the work in just one visit. Excellent service and highly recommended.
