Needed my garage door fixed—I couldn’t get it to open due to a broken spring. I called this agency 9:00 AT NIGHT because I was really upset that I couldn’t get my car out. A very kind and personable young man answered the phone and reassured me that he would have someone out by 8am the next morning. This sure cooled me down knowing help was going to be here so quickly. Very rare experience for me. Usually help could get to me days later. Thank goodness! Sure enough, 8 am sharp the next morning, Chris from Precision was at my front door. An amazing gentleman! He had my garage door fixed in very little time. Wow! I am impressed with the professional customer service these two young men had dealing with me and my initial bad attitude. Precision has 2 great assets to their company and hope they continue their loyalty to your agency. You are rare, very rare these days. Thank you, D. Nelson

Chris M showed up at my house introduced himself and asked me to explain the problem with my garage door opener. He reviewed the device and proceeded to explain what needed to be done. Asked if I had questions or concerns. Very professional. When job finished took me thru what he’d done explaining all. Asked if I had any questions. Then explained the bill which was the same as when explained at the start of the job. Work area cleared of all debris. Goodbye

Expensive, of course, but Chris M. did help me out with the price of a couple of parts, so that helped ease the sting a bit. He was friendly, helpful and informative, and I would recommend him to someone else.

Chris M was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. He explained everything that needed to be fixed on our garage door and made the whole process easy to understand. He was efficient, courteous, and very trustworthy. The kind of person you would feel comfortable leaving to work while you’re away from home. His integrity really stood out to us. We’re also so thankful that the company had left a sticker on our garage door from the last service visit, so we knew exactly who to call. If not, we probably would have contacted another company and never had the opportunity to meet Chris M! Well done, Chris. We truly appreciate your excellent and efficient service!

Chris M was absolutely amazing. He pretty much retrofitted everything on our garage door by himself, and did it so fast that I couldn’t believe he had zero help. He was polite and professional and truly loves what he does. Precision is also an amazing company. They come out the same day and don’t mess around. Won’t use any other company.
