We had an outstanding experience with Precision! First, they were able to set an appointment the same day we called. Second, they were flexible when we had to call later to adjust the service window. And, best of all, was working with their service technician, Robert Trotter. He provided detailed and honest assessment of what items needed attention, while clearly explaining each. Absolutely no pressure, but just good information, with solutions offered in order of priority for safety and protection of our property. He was a pleasure to interact with…warm, personable, professional and very hard working. Every detail attended to, leaving us with a sense of assurance in the quality of the equipment and his installation. He is a true credit to his profession and to the Precision company!

I had my garage door and genie opener installed in June 2023. I also chose to participate as a member for one year and I am so glad I decided that option. The outside keypad was installed as a convenience to me, however, it would not work for me several months after it was installed. I called the genie phone number with no results except for me to contact Precision. When I called, the customer service rep. was very sincere and scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician spent 5 minutes and determined I needed a replacement keypad at no charge and it worked just like it was supposed to. No more frustration and it works like it's supposed to. Very happy customer now!

Today I contacted Precision to repair my garage door since the right side spring broke. The lady on the phone immediately answer all my question and schedule my repair. My service expert Michel Beckum called me in advance to let me know that he could repair my door even earlier and I agreed. Michel showed up at my door as a total profesional answer all questions and repaired my door in what a considered record time. The process was smooth and I definitely recommend the company. I will be replacing my door and won’t even look any further. Precision will do it.

This is the 2nd time using Precision and they were excellent both times. Our tech was Isak Zenkic who was very professional and offered an economical solution to our problem. I purchased a garage door and opener May 2020. Everything worked perfectly until October of this year. Apparently one of my neighbors started using a device that interferes with the operation of my opener remotes; the opener light that should only blink when a remote is activated is on almost all the time. I called Precision. They dispatched a technician (Jason). He had the knowledge and the parts to add a remote receiver that is unaffected by the inference.

I was so impressed with the level of service I received from the very beginning. I was uncertain, when deciding what gauge to purchase for my new garage door, so Anastasia had an executive, Carlos, call me to explain and put me at ease on my decision. I also had a unique situation with overhead storage inside my garage. Two other companies told me I would have to remove my storage, but Precision came up with a solution so I could keep my storage, Jesus and Nicholas explained to me in detail how we could make it work. They couldn’t have been any nicer. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door company because we have done business with them in the past and were very satisfied. They rebuilt the garage door for us at a previously owned residence, and did basically the same thing today at our new home. The technician arrived on time and was obviously very experienced and well-trained. He went over in detail what needed to be done and gave me a list of options to choose from. He completed the job in one day, cleaned up any debris left and gave us a thorough briefing on how to use the door. We are very pleased.
