We had Precision come out to look at our garage door. Heard of them on the JOY FM. After looking at what our garage door needed, put a new spring on--- but on the wrong side and was the wrong size any way. Garage never did work even after he finished . Never gave us an invoice --charge was $608.70 but I downloaded the transaction from our credit card to verify the price charged for a door that still he never got to work . We could not afford the new door and mechanism he offered at the time. So here we are still without use of our garage door and are now contemplating replacing it but with another garage door company! If he couldn't fix it instead of charging us $608.70 for a spring should have just given us a free estimate as stated on your website!!!!! David

There’s reasons why Precision Garage Doors is so well known! Had several issues going on with our garage door & we needed quick repairs. I called Precision & Michael came out that same afternoon. I needed estimates for repairs and/or a new door. Michael was honest, professional and certainly represented their great Precision name. I was leaning towards a new door altogether since this one had been showing signs of giving up. Michael wasn’t a salesman so he called another tech, Angel, who showed up shortly afterwards. Angel, another true professional, gave me his honest opinion on what needed to be done. I was expecting to get on the calendar with an appointment for repairs, but Angel worked tirelessly for over three hours and repaired our existing door, which is just as good as new! No appointment needed! He stayed and completed the work right then and we couldn’t be happier. The system Angel installed is absolutely amazing! Both Michael and Angel are best definitions of professional, courteous technicians. Would recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone. A++

I have been using Precision Garage Door since shortly after I bought my home in 2007. They consistently do a great job and are always here quickly. This morning, service technician Trevor was here to program a new remote. He was professional, friendly and even took the time to add some spray lube on my door to keep it working well. Definitely recommend Precision!!

Up front I don't blame the technician, he does what the company allows. Had my door serviced since I bought the house 3 months prior, paid over $1k, he replaced rollers and added additional brackets (supposedly were missing) lubricated everything. Still made an awful noise, he blamed it on the motor because it's supposedly struggling and should be replaced, mind you they charge $1700 for a replacement. The noise is coming from the brackets. Needless to say I declined the new opener and still have the noise. Not satisfied with the service and would caution anyone before hiring them. Follow up for this company. Changing the rating from 3 to 1-star. Received a message to contact Courtney to contact her regarding this rating, which I did, was promised a callback within a couple of hours. 2 days later still waiting. This is a stunt to show “good faith”, well, they seem to not care about their customers.

He was extremely helpful and friendly and did a great job explaining what was wrong and some preventative/upkeep action we should take to keep everything in good working condition.
