Precision's designer Melanie and installer Sherman were both great! Both were on time and informative - Melanie spent time discussing options and going through technical specs. Called and received service on same day - technician was timely - polite and professional. He listened to all the problems I was having with each door. He was able to diagnose the problems that I was having with both garage doors, explain what needed to be fixed/replaced with options and give me quotes. When I chose what I wanted done he started the job and didn’t stop until the job was finished and double checked everything. I am very happy with my garage doors working properly, the warranty and recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I have relied upon Precision for my garage door service since I moved to Florida 10 years ago and the door needed parts and a tune up. I eventually purchased a new door from Precision, And today I called Precision to replace the rubber weather strip at the bottom of that door. A critter of some kind (a rat?) apparently got inside my garage and wanted to get out. The rat chewed its way out, destroying about a foot long portion of the rubber strip. I called Precision at about 2 pm and the technician arrived within a couple of hours, replaced the rubber strip, and at my request, kindly showed me how to grease the garage hinges. 5 stars!!!

I think Precision is a great company. I have had nothing but very good experiences with all employees that I have dealt with. From Andrew that came to give an estimate for a new door, the ladies I have spoken to on the phone to schedule appointments, the two people that installed the new door and today the pleasure of James and Jordan that came to install the door opener. Their patience and professionalism has been exceptional. I appreciate the honesty and kindness that I have received from everyone in this company.

I've used Precision Door for multiple door issues, this one caused by me backing into door. They came same day I called and within the time frame I was told they would. Technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my boo boo easily. I would definitely recommend.

My power goes out with every storm, leaving me unable to leave my garage because the door is very heavy. I had Zack install a battery backup. He was very courageous, friendly, knowledgeable as every service tech has been over the years. I will never use anyone but Precision.
