Garage door Precision service sent Braxton to check the garage door. Braxton was very professional and courteous. He explained and showed us what was wrong. He had to change the motor. Braxton, worked very fast and show us how to work the remote control. Braxton, was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and I was very pleased. Braxton is an asset to this company and I will recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

Quick and reliable service. We didn’t know how bad our garage door system was until I contacted Precision for maintenance service. Braxton was thorough with his inspection and explained in detail what needed to be replaced. Now we don’t need to worry about our garage door for the next 12 years.

Technician came on time and was able to fix the problem with the garage door that wasn’t opening with wall button. He helped program the keypad for password as well. Overall he was very knowledgeable and courteous. I wasn’t charged a single penny as my garage door motor was still under 7 years warranty that I had purchased initially. I recommend investing in this type of warranty that Precision Garage Door offers for peace of mind.

Needed my garage door fixed—I couldn’t get it to open due to a broken spring. I called this agency 9:00 AT NIGHT because I was really upset that I couldn’t get my car out. A very kind and personable young man answered the phone and reassured me that he would have someone out by 8am the next morning. This sure cooled me down knowing help was going to be here so quickly. Very rare experience for me. Usually help could get to me days later. Thank goodness! Sure enough, 8 am sharp the next morning, Chris from Precision was at my front door. An amazing gentleman! He had my garage door fixed in very little time. Wow! I am impressed with the professional customer service these two young men had dealing with me and my initial bad attitude. Chris M showed up at my house introduced himself and asked me to explain the problem with my garage door opener. He reviewed the device and proceeded to explain what needed to be done. Asked if I had questions or concerns. Very professional. When job finished took me thru what he’d done explaining all. Asked if I had any questions. Then explained the bill which was the same as when explained at the start of the job. Work area cleared of all debris. Goodbye
