We were very pleased with the service we received. Our garage door stopped working, the motor would run, the belt would turn but the door would not go up. I called for service, got an appointment for later the same date (which pleased me). The tech got there promptly and determined what was wrong. Unfortunately my unit is old (this is only the second issue I have had in about five years). He said the belt was worn but that was due to a faulty gear in the drive motor mounted on my garage ceiling. He could replace the belt but felt other parts would cause failure again. He talked me into replacing the belt, the motor (expensive), several bearings and brackets. I basically had to replace all the moving parts, cost about $4,000 to get it working. He did the entire job in about three hours, he explained things well and was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was pleased with him, The repair went well. I guess, if my unit had been newer perhaps he could have replaced the faulty plastic gear that was wearing out the belt but he said for an eleven year old model we couldn't replace the plastic gear that moves the belt.

Get another estimate before using this company!!!! WAY OVERPRICED!!!! Easy to set up an appointment online. Trevor was great and would highly recommend him!!! However the garage door opener they installed, I could have bought at Lowe’s for a 1/3 of the cost they charged me. Knowing what I know now, I should have waited and got another quote from someone else. They got me big time! Buyer beware

Garage door Precision service sent Braxton to check the garage door. Braxton was very professional and courteous. He explained and showed us what was wrong. He had to change the motor. Braxton, worked very fast and show us how to work the remote control. Braxton, was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and I was very pleased.
