Also, placed a follow-up call to Jim Rapp's number regarding the warranty I selected 3 years ago; 7 year parts/labor and 10 year motor/belt. They were very understanding and cooperative and said they would make sure this info was included/noted in my account. Great company! Thank you!

Showed up on time and repaired the sensor. Upon checking the loud noise coming from the opener it was determined that a new opener was needed, I knew it also but did not want to admit it........got a new opener and new springs. Jim Rodey (technician) was very professional and did a great job, very pleased with the service.
