THE BAD AND THE GOOD First the bad: the back-office needs to be more forthcoming about the fact that the coupon offers may not be of the same quality or warranty. This puts tremendous stress on the installer to do damage control when the customer is negatively surprised after he arrives. Chris wisely called ahead and explain the situation although I still feel the back office would have could have prevented that. THE GOOD.... With that said Chris and all the folks I contacted we're very courteous and helpful! the situation was handled very well .... hence the five star rating! The service tech Chris Carelas made a thorough inspection of my system and informed me that my bearings we're original 15+ yr old and even showed me that they we're bad. we agreed on what was needed he performed the work neatly and professionally in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the result.

He took it upon himself to come back, reprogram my garage opener, and make sure everything was ok before leaving. Definitely recommend this company.

The Technician, John Pappas, did an outstanding job looking over the entire garage door assembly and pointed out other trouble spots, other than the broken spring. Jeffery made two stops to my home for the same issue. The first time, he tried to make everything work with existing hardware. And it did for a while. However, a few weeks in, we started having the same issue. On his second trip, he replaced defective sensors, lowered them on the rail to where they should have been, and tested the system multiple times before wrapping up. This is some of the most thorough, friendly, and timely service we've experienced since moving to St. Petersburg last two months ago. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.

On February 10th 2017 our garage door opener started to have a problem going down. It would stop in the middle of the cycle for no unknown reason. This problem continued to happen more frequently so I called their office and was told a technician would be out w/i a few hours to look at it. I got a call from Jeffrey Pinney to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very professional and got to work immediately. It is nice to call a company and get a pleasant person on the phone, schedule an appointment in a short period of time, have the work done by a professional representative. I would recommend Precision overhead garage door service in a heart beat. They replaced our garage door opener, keypad & rollers. It is now like a brand new door. I am glad I kept seeing Precision's advertising both in the paper and on billboards because that is who I thought to call once this problem started to happen. I would give them 5 stars.
