My old garage door motor went down didn’t work so I called this company Saturday afternoon said they would be here Sunday they were here at the time they promised .The installer was an absolute gentleman and very courteous I couldn’t ask for a better installer. It was a pleasure dealing with him and this company ,absolutely no problems would absolutely recommend them to anybody. It was a perfect job couldn’t be any happier

Arnold Replaced motor, springs, installed new keypad & remotes. Replaced 2 steel cable guides & steel cable, 3 door hinges & lubricated all moving parts. Arnold was one of the nicest, most courteous technicians we have had come out to our home to do various repairs, etc. since we moved to Florida. He was very knowledgeable of his profession. We definitely recommend Arnold & Precision to anyone needing garage door service. Our daughter had used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service & was very satisfied - she recommended Precision to us. Precision & Arnold get 5 stars. (Did more service than shows on service performed & purchase of new product.)

The turn-around time from my initial call to installation was shocking and outstanding. I was a bit concerned about paying too much and wanted to get several quotes. When the tech arrived he was personable, extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I trusted him, felt that he was being 100% truthful and the company warranty gave me all the confidence I needed to hire Precision on the spot without additional quotes from other companies.
