I recently noticed my cables were fraying and I found Precision from a quick online search; I'm very glad I did. They came out the next day and not only replaced the cables but pointed out some other areas that needed attention (new rollers, missing hinges and a sturdy weather strip on the bottom). The technician, Brian, was personable, efficient and very helpful. He explained all the options from the basic cable replacement to the other suggested items. He showed me the various prices first and then completed the repairs in less than 90 minutes. With the new rollers, the door is also a lot quieter, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend them!

Noah did an excellent job. He made recommendations as to what the garage door needed and priced out the parts and labor a couple of different ways. The tech that came was Jeremy (A) Rossi and he was great. We immediately established a great rapport, as he diagnosed the problems and fixed everything (torsion spring broke, cables were fraying) really quickly. He explained everything he was doing and why, and what needed replacement. I would absolutely use Precision again and highly recommend them.

I heard a loud noise when I raised the garage door. Thankfully the door opened completely. I immediately called Precision Garage Door. The technician actually called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. He replaced the springs and wheels on the door and instructed me on how and where to lubricate the parts. He arrived with a mask on. Once he looked at the door, he provided me with 2 options and didn't push the more expensive one. He was done in a few hours, cleaned everything up before he left. He was very pleasant and courteous the entire time.

We contacted Precision to fix a problem we had with our door staying open. Called on a Sunday and Nicholas was there on Monday morning. The door required an adjustment. We were totally prepared to be charged with a service call and were very surprised when there was no charge. No wonder they have so many awards! I would definite recommend Precision.

Our technician Arnold was great, he listened to what we were looking for, gave us 3 options to choose from, we ask him for his opinions on all three. The next morning my technician, Jimmy Johnson, came and assessed my garage door repair needs. Jimmy was punctual, very personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to repair my garage door quickly. My garage door has never worked better and he gave me some much needed instructions on how to maintain the door in good working order.
