Great service. Bryan Stewart was our tech. He called to let us know when he would arrive. We needed a new opener. Bryan presented three options and explained each thoroughly. After installation he went over the controls and even reprogrammed our cars to link with the new opener. Highly recommend both Bryan and Precision.

This was the second garage door opener that Precision installed for me. Brian the tech did a great job and explained all the new hardware operations. Since my wife was not home when he had completed the install he talked me through the setup on the phone for my wife’s car remote opener operation. I will only use Precision for future garage door issues.

Adam M. was such a personable guy who took the time to explain concerns and made recommendations. I was also looking for a battery-backup opener for peace of mind as a double garage door is too heavy for me to mess around with during a power outage. He showed me options available along with pricing so I could make an informed decision. After installation, he gave me a tutorial on the new opener. Precision has saved me many times throughout the years with repairs, but it was time for a new door! Technician Jimmy Johnson explained the options and process thoroughly. It is evident Jimmy Johnson is knowledgeable, confident, courteous and professional. It is also apparent he enjoys working for Precision Doors which speaks volumes about the quality of the product and organization. I will definitely request Mr. Johnson for service needs! The installation was great as well from Sherman and Jesus. They both are courteous, prompt, and work well together as a team. The area was left spotless. I am incredibly happy with my new door~

Everyone has a different set of priorities. Mine is PROFESSIONALISM in service. Prestige has lived up to their name from scheduling my estimate, to follow up, advance notice of the installation, non-cluttered work area, full review of operation of the doors and openers as well as maintenance tips. Since my install I had a problem they responded to immediately and adjusted without a service call fee or charge. I'm a very picky client and I wouldn't consider anyone else for what they do. THANKS!

Replaced garage door opener and repaired/reinforced door braces, spring and bearings. Excellent evaluation of needs, condition of doors and itemized estimate of repair options. Even though it was more than a DIY garage door opener kit from a big box store, I was ok with extra for higher quality equipment. Adam did excellent work, attention to detail and very friendly and professional. I would recommend to my neighbors.

I had a new spring and door opener install several weeks ago by Mike Fanning. He was very professional, hard working and did a great job. Last week I heard a clanging sound that wasn't there when Mike left. I called and was immediately given a date and time. ( next day). Travis called and then arrived shortly thereafter. He was very pleasant young man. He found the problem (minor) and made the repair. I am very impressed with Precision

My need today was to a garage door which I could not close. The technician, Austin Orton reviewed the matter and I felt at ease with his analysis of my need. He understood what I wanted and went about completed his work in a timely matter. Although my initial concern was the high cost in comparison with prices of garage door openers at Home Depot, etc. I was more relief with feeling satisfied with updating two 18 year system, the workmanship and warranty.
