Mr. Soto was very patient and explained all the details of what our options were. The work was able to be completed the same day and there was no added clean-up for us. I was very pleased with the service right from the time when I called the Office. The staff was friendly and accommodated my preferred date for service. A call was received in advance as to the name of the Tech that would be handling my service call. Jimmy was very friendly and helpful in giving me the information needed to select the right opener for my garage door. He provided an over view of what was done and how to use the features of the opener. The space was cleaned after he was done with the service. I would definitely recommend Precision. I went from a "rock concert" noise level and a door that had a mind of its own; to an extremely quite garage door system that opens and closes when I need it to. We have used their service multiple times, and have found each of the Service Technicians to be professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is excellent as well. The appointment system generates an email reminder, and the Service Technicians are able to process payments immediately and email receipts and service reports. Jason and Jerry came to my home Their timing was exact and they called 20 mins before arrival, They were well dressed and very neat and clean, polite beyond all belief. They explained and demonstrated the new equipment making me comfortable to operate the new wall opener which replaced a very old unit Door works well and silently compared to previous operation. We have never used Precision Door Service before. When we ran into some issues with the door, based on customer reviews and BBB rating we picked your company. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer care. Although the problem turned out to be very minor, it's the overall attitude of the technician and the customer focus that won us over. We will keep Precision in mind when another problem arises or a neighbor/friend has a garage door problem.
