Usually when I read reviews I assume they are cherry picked to make the company look better. In the case of Precision the kudos were well earned. Service tech showed up faster than promised, explained the situation well, helped me make a decision on which springs to go with and in general was a joy to work with---totally unlike the last company I contacted. I wish I remembered the techs name to give him the personal praise he deserves.

Very impressed with Zack Rago who serviced our garage door this afternoon. He replaced the springs, bearings, rollers and a broken hinge. He was on site in a little over an hour after we placed the call for service. We don't believe that we could have gotten better service. Thank you for the fast efficient service.

I used Precision in Julu of 2012 when I moved here and Mr. Matt Letto did a great job.so when my garage door was not working I called Precision at 6:00 am and the man on the other end could have not been more understanding to my problem. He made me a appointment this afternoon. When Dallas Frazier got here he wnet right to work and fix the problem some under warranty and one thing need new. Dallas was at the door in no time whit all the work done and the door working like new again. Precision had shown how each of the technician are pros and have always present them selves in a manner. I give them 10 stars out of 5 stars they are that good. Thank you,
