Tech Michael Boyle arrived at our house on Saturday night at 9:10 pm. He did a wonderful job and the overhead door has never worked better. He went the extra mile, took his time and explained everything one needs to know. He is the reflection of a well run company. Precision was not recommended to me. I took a chance and am glad I did. I will certainly call them again if need be.

I had a garage door spring break, and before that my garage door was so loud that I did not want to be in the garage when it was opening or closing. When Frank came to my house to replace the spring, he did a total inspection of my door and opener. He showed me rollers that were completely frozen and other parts that were failing. He had all parts on hand to fix everything. Frank was very professional and polite. When he was finished, he showed everything that I need to do as far as maintenance to keep my garage door functioning and quiet. I would definitely recommend them.

Keith did an outstanding job fixing my garage door opener. Using the yellow pages , I found Precision"s ad and called them. Within an hour , Keith was knocking on my door. He gave me an estimate, fixed the opener, and was gone in an hour. Even though he was working in a very hot garage,Keith was very pleasant and efficient. Awesome job!

While I wasn't expecting to pay what I paid today the guys (Keith and Zachary) were top notch. Very courteous, very knowledgeable and they explained everything they were going to do. They basically rebuilt my garage door with new springs, rollers, belt drive and remotes. Highly recommended.

John Tsangarinos showed up promptly, examined the garage door assembly, explained the problem in layman's terms, outlined the options and costs and completed the repairs along with a more powerful garage door opener to replace our older, less efficient defective opener. The repair was done on site for an acceptable cost and we were extremely satisfied with the result.
