The guys that came out were very nice and professional. It was a little pricey for what I got and the$20 gas fee was unexpected. But I called the company and they refunded that for me.

Six o'clock on a Saturday night and the garage door breaks down in the open position. I worried that I would be stuck with it like that at least overnight ... until I connected with Precision. Keith called and was out here at the time he said he would be. He is a very nice, professional young man; and, he made all of the repairs in a timely manner. The overall service was great and fairly priced. The only problem was they give you a two hour window and I was under the impression the technician would arrive right at the scheduled 10-12 appointment. He arrived around 11.

What outstanding service! I called at 10am and Ed was at my door within an hour as promised after calling first to make sure I was available! Ed is extremely knowledgable about his line of work and certainly shows his enthusiasm for his job and company. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. The other competitor listed in the Hillsborough county business book was more difficult to find. I've heard of Precision through TV ads on Brighthouse I believe and being in this directory was helpful as we are new to the area. The new system is SO QUIET! It's so smooth and the new options are more safe and the technician was very thorough to make sure we understood how to use everything (which I should add are user-friendly). We are EXTREMELY pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of these services. When we need a new door, we will call Precision.
