I purchased a Groupon for garaage door bottom seal replacement and tune up. Tim not only replaced the seal, but fixed a spot on the door that was hit and messed up. That was not expected but much appreciated. Tim did point out the rollers would need replacement before long and he just wanted me to be aware. I requested a price and had the job done right then while he was there. Tim was professional, polite and on time.

Matthew was here for more than 2 hrs. it was very expensive but he explained the parts were all orig. to the house making them 16 yrs old. needed new springs, circuit board, rollers, bottom vinyl strip was destroyed. cost $850. when I only expected to replace remotes that were not functioning despite new batteries. but springs actually sounded like gunshots and broke while he was here. That part was actually quite scary. I am an senior-over 70- female and want to feel like the work being done is honest and actually required. Previously the door sounded like a train and now it is nearly silent. My son, a federal law enforcement agent, questioned me about the repairs and i was able to tell him I feel very confidant about the work done and the safety of the operation of the door. Thank you for Matther Leto; he worked very hard and I am satisfied the work was done correctly and honestly.

We love our new garage door opener and keypad. I had originally called for repair but found our opener was so out dated. It was replaced with a new belt driven opener and is so quiet I had to look to make sure it was closing. My son is now going to update his open. Thank you Precision Door.

Called Precision for a Garage door repair. Your technician came out and after attempting several money saving adjustments trying to make it work, it was determined that our garage door had "...met it's maker"...It was "an Ex-garage door"...it was "Pinin' for the fjords." (It was old, cracked and rusted, like the owner. Me) So...We purchased a new steel door and soon another technician came out to install it, did a wonderful job as well. Unfortunately, that was not the only issue. Once the shiny new door was installed it still did not function properly. Turns out it was the MOTOR that was malfunctioning. After a quick call to the Company and a very nice talk with the receptionist, a service call and New Garage door opener install was scheduled...FOR FREE. It was a bit of an emotional roller-coaster, (It's the door, here's a new door, it's NOT the door, it's the motor Arg! Here's a new motor, yay!)but Precision Garage Doors Staff, Service techs and receptionist all did an excellent job. We are thrilled with the service and product. Thank you for your Excellence.

The man came out to replace the seal on our garage door. He showed us how the door was sagging, suggested a fix and was given the OK to proceed. He did an excellent job. The garage door even makes less noise when opening and closing. We will definitely call Precision if we have any future problems.

Received the Angie's List special offer for replacing the rollers and Precision's high grade on Angie's List and also recommended on TrustDale.com Experience was excellent, the difference in our doors is tremendous, so much quieter and more secure. Frank is a great technician and explained everything to us very well and did an excellent job. Our doors are 9 years old as is our home, and the doors had never been serviced, so not a surprise as to what was needed for them.

Service is outstanding. Precision continues to have a service culture better than any other company I have worked with. First visit in 2011 was after hours when the garage door spring broke. The dispatcher worked with me and the repair was made late at night. This spring we were having some minor issues and again they came promptly and fixed them. Today, the door opener belt broke. Called Sunday early afternoon and the team in the office set an appointment for a few hours later. Ben arrived consistent with his call ahead, assessed the issue, explained the problem, the recommended repair and the cost. We agreed he would fix it and he did an outstanding job!! All three technicians have been wonderful. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install doors, repair doors and installing or repairing openers.

Ed was able to come out right away. Prompt, polite, thorough, at a good price. Unlike most things around the house (including installing a new garage door opener), this was really a repair I did not want to try doing myself. Ed did it much faster than I could have, for not much more money, and did a better job than I could have. Worth every penny!

Great service. Called 10PM one night and they cam 9AM the next day. 1 hour in and out all done. Quiet and works great. I was able to buy a special on Angies list to help offset the price. Broken spring from the night before, new rollers (the Angies list special) and worn bearings that he found. The door is quiet and works great. Very polite, neat, honest and quick. Highly recommend them.

Keith has been out before to service the door and the opener. He is a great technician and I rely on his advice. The opener is 16 years old and needed to be replaced. Keith recommended the right opener for the size door I have and he installed it efficiently. I also had him install the remote keypad and new bottom weatherstrip. Very very pleased,thank you.
