I can highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door. I called on a Sat. and their Rep , Arnold Simpson, was here by 12:00.He checked everything out and gave me options to fix the problems, which he showed me so I would understand what was needed. After receiving my estimate, he completed the work to my great satisfaction in about 1 hour. Arnold was early, knowledgeable, and very Courteous! I have used this company on numerous occasions for garage door issues and am totally satisfied with the services that I have received. The technician this time was Cody who was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection of our garage door system and then diagnosing the issues with it. He did not try to oversell any products and clearly explained the issues with our garage door and then what needed to be done to correct them. When he left the garage door was operating better than it had for the past year or so. We are very pleased with Precision and will continue to call them for any garage door issues.
