Very quick response when I called next day appointment. The repair person was on time, professional and courteous. The circuit board inside unit for remotes gave out. Now to decide what to do is use garage opener without remotes or replace the whole unit. And the company waived the service fee. Thank you I recommend the company and will use there services in the future.

Robert Trotter called 30 minutes prior upon arrival. Politely introduced himself. Robert was Very Professional and Knowledgeable assessing our garage door problem. Robert gave us his professional advice on repairing our garage door. After replacing 2 cables, 2 springs, 2 brackets, checked all the bolts and greased all areas needed. Our garage door is like brand new and closes very quiet! Robert Trotter is Very Good and Professional and very nice to talk too! Excellent Job Robert and Thank You So Much!

They serviced my door about 6 months ago and I was more than satisfied. When I needed to have a new remote, I didn’t think of calling anyone else. Chris the technician went out of his way to find a way to find an economically feasible way to do this without installing a new garage opener . He was warm but professional. Excellent work by Jimmy Johnson; quick, thorough and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the necessary parts and readjusted brackets where necessary. When completed he reset the remotes and explained use and how to maintain the garage parts for maximum preservation. Also, great personality. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.
