Very quick response when I called next day appointment. The repair person was on time, professional and courteous. The circuit board inside unit for remotes gave out. Now to decide what to do is use garage opener without remotes or replace the whole unit. And the company waived the service fee. Thank you I recommend the company and will use there services in the future.

Robert Trotter called 30 minutes prior upon arrival. Politely introduced himself. Robert was Very Professional and Knowledgeable assessing our garage door problem. Robert gave us his professional advice on repairing our garage door. After replacing 2 cables, 2 springs, 2 brackets, checked all the bolts and greased all areas needed. Called on Friday. Came on Saturday. Was having problems with garage door not always closing when leaving. Needed whole new system. Robert was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
