I was impressed that Precision was able to send out a worker on a Sunday afternoon. The installer, John, analyzed the problem with our garage door and then he gave me several options. He was very honest and fair when showing me the various price options. When he had questions for me, he did not hesitate to ask, in order to ensure that the job was getting done to my specifications. He had all of the necessary parts with him in his truck (garage door opener, cables, springs, etc.) so once we agreed on the project, he immediately got to work and the job was completed in less than 4 hours.

I called the number on the van fully expecting to have to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Our garage door opener wore out after 15 years. I called Precision after having an excellent previous experience with them. I asked if they could come the next day and he arrived as scheduled in the morning. He replaced the opener with a belt driven one that is so smooth and quiet you can barely hear it instead of it shaking the entire house. The technician was very professional and quick. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.
