My technician Matt arrived right on time and was very personable. After showing him the situation he got right to work. He had to replace the springs, cables, pulley's, and rollers. He also explained the pricing to me so there were no surprises. Matt had our garage door working again in no time.

My technician was phenomenal. I actually cancelled my original appointment with another company (banko) because they weren't willing to accommodate my schedule and had poor customer service. Precision exceeded my expectations.The tech arrived on time, knew what the exact problem was,and fixed it. You don't get customer service like that anyone! I would recommend precision to anyone!
