Doug Naporano was my service technician. He arrived at my home 15 minutes early and diagnosed the issue in minutes. He was friendly and very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He made the necessary repairs in about 20 minutes. Precision installed my new garage doors a few months ago and this service call was for a noise that the main door was making. Before he left , he asked me no less than 3 times if I had any questions at all. I'm in the service business myself, and Doug made me a satisfied customer. LLoyd Tanner has also serviced my doors and he was also a great technician. Mr Rapp, you should take pleasure in knowing that your employees really do care about your customers. My garage door opener quit working on Saturday. I called Precision and they came the same day arrived between the time frame the dispatcher indicated. My tech was very knowledgeable... by just looking at the door moves he figured out that there was screws and nuts missing. My tech replaced them with new ones and door was back to normal. Thanks to the BEST Precision and their team for the great service!!!

I was unable to get my garage door closed , new to the area and a senior citizen,was quite anxious. I called Precision Doors and within 24 hrs. they arrived. I called and got serviced that day. They gave me a 4 hour window and I asked for closer to 4:00 (vs 4 - 8:00), and the girl said she would do what they could. Brett was at my home at 4:00 and finished when he said. I was very happy with Brent, the tech that serviced my door. He explained everything to me and I did not feel pressured at all.

Jerry and Justin did a fantastic job -- on time (early even), friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and speedy installation, thorough explanation and assistance. One thing though: neither one was really homely, so you should let them have their picture on the website like the rest of the guys. Seriously, though, they did a great job in the middle of a very long and busy day, so maybe they don't stay still long enough for a photo. Precision has been great since we first called for emergency service, through deciding that we wanted to proceed with the long overdue replacement of our doors and openers, all the way through installation. Highly recommended!

I have used Precision Door previously and contacted them again when I needed another service. Their technicians are very prompt, friendly, and quite knowledgeable at determining the problem and fixing it to perfection. My issue this time was under warranty, but in the past I found their price to be very reasonable for their quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone!
