We started with a tune-up and rollers deal from Angie's List, but ended up adding a whole bunch of things to correct an out-of-balance door and a number of other things that we had just lived with over the years that was going to cause our garage door opener to fail. The Technician that came out, Frank Soto was awesome!!!! His customer service was far above and beyond anything I've experienced in a long time! 10 across the boards. Excellent communication - He explained everything very through to me and was concerned more about my safety than trying to do a quick fix. My door was so old. With the lock broken on a fiber glass garage door it only made sense to replace the door, so that's what I'm doing. My dog approved of him as well!

Doug Naporano was my service technician. He arrived at my home 15 minutes early and diagnosed the issue in minutes. He was friendly and very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He made the necessary repairs in about 20 minutes. Precision installed my new garage doors a few months ago and this service call was for a noise that the main door was making. Before he left , he asked me no less than 3 times if I had any questions at all. I'm in the service business myself, and Doug made me a satisfied customer.
