James Mantscch arrived on time and quickly discovered the problem. He went to work immediately and replaced the garage door opener that was no longer working properly. The garage door is now closing and opening better than it ever has before. He also informed us that the fumes from the chlorine we kept for the pool in the garage could rust all the metal parts of the opener and we should find a new place for it. I called due to wanting repair on the garage door. The chain seemed to not be as tight and I have lived in this house 16 years. So my boss Jose Martin of Spring Hill had recommended your company. The technician sent out was very nice and explained the options that I had. He never pressured me one way or the other.
