Showed up on time and repaired the sensor. Upon checking the loud noise coming from the opener it was determined that a new opener was needed, I knew it also but did not want to admit it........got a new opener and new springs. The technician who arrived on time, John, was extremely professional, as was his helper. They did an inspection of my garage door opener and offered different replacement options, and gave me their opinion as to which parts they should replace today. They also gave me a price list for other options for future use. My coupon was for a tune-up and choice of roller replacement or bottom seal replacement. I opted for the roller replacement. They completed the tune-up and roller replacement satisfactorily and answered my seemingly hundreds of questions. Thank you John; I would not hesitate to call Precision again or recommend you to a friend.
