James Mantscch arrived on time and quickly discovered the problem. He went to work immediately and replaced the garage door opener that was no longer working properly. The garage door is now closing and opening better than it ever has before. He also informed us that the fumes from the chlorine we kept for the pool in the garage could rust all the metal parts of the opener and we should find a new place for it. Anyway, as the schedule lady had told me, he called before he showed up, was courteous, explained the problem with my door and got it fixed very quickly. I called due to wanting repair on the garage door. The chain seemed to not be as tight and I have lived in this house 16 years. So my boss Jose Martin of Spring Hill had recommended your company. The technician sent out was very nice and explained the options that I had. He never pressured me one way or the other. The technician who arrived on time, John, was extremely professional, as was his helper. They did an inspection of my garage door opener and offered different replacement options, and gave me their opinion as to which parts they should replace today. They also gave me a price list for other options for future use. My coupon was for a tune-up and choice of roller replacement or bottom seal replacement. I opted for the roller replacement. They completed the tune-up and roller replacement satisfactorily and answered my seemingly hundreds of questions. Thank you John; I would not hesitate to call Precision again or recommend you to a friend.
