Upon checking the loud noise coming from the opener it was determined that a new opener was needed, I knew it also but did not want to admit it........got a new opener and new springs. 5 stars. I had 2 men out to repair my garage door, which I thought would be a fairly quick fix. But it turned out to be a complex problem and they were very up- front about the problem and cost to fix it. Very courteous and they fixed my door after about 1 & 1/2 hours. Needed springs, rollers, cables, gears,etc.
