Showed up on time and repaired the sensor. Upon checking the loud noise coming from the opener it was determined that a new opener was needed, I knew it also but did not want to admit it........got a new opener and new springs. Jim Rodey (technician) was very professional and did a great job, very pleased with the service.

5 stars. I had 2 men out to repair my garage door, which I thought would be a fairly quick fix. But it turned out to be a complex problem and they were very up- front about the problem and cost to fix it. Very courteous and they fixed my door after about 1 & 1/2 hours. Needed springs, rollers, cables, gears,etc.

John arrived at my home earlier than the time given and that worked out great!! The garage door opener broke the day before and john installed a new opener tuned up and fixed some issues with our garage doors and I had home put in another door opener on the single garage door.
