I would definitely use Precision Overhead Garage Service again. Blake was personable, knowledgeable, prompt, and polite. He explained what the options for repairs were and explained what needed to be done step by step. Same day service and a $15 discount are definitely good PR. Work was completed quickly and door works well! I give them an A+ grade.

I chose Precision because of the fact that my son used your company when I gave him the coupon from Value Pak. He was extremely satisfied and when I needed work done on my garage door, it was a no- brainer to use your company again. The technician was considerate enough to call and tell me that he was stuck in traffic. He then called again when he was 15 min.away. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything that he was going to do. I truly felt confident that he knew what he was doing and this was reinforced at the completion of the job. I would recommend your business and not think twice if I needed further repairs. He replaced the rollers, the spring (which was ready to "pop", and a new motor. I was again delighted when he told me I could pay in 3 separate payments. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!

On a scale of 1-5, I would rate the service a 5. The service technician, Tom, was very professional. When he came out, we knew we needed a new garage door opener, but he took the time to explain the process and then thoroughly showed us how to use the new equipment. The service request was for a garage door that would not completely open. The technician quickly realized that the garage springs were broken. He explained that this break in the springs was caused by normal garage use. He professionally installed new springs and lubricated the garage door. The garage door worked great after the repair. I was pleased with the service and will use this company if I need future garage door service. The technician explained what he was repairing and was very courteous while performing the work.
