Keith inspected the issues with our door and he thoroughly explained what was wrong. He quoted a couple options to do the repair. I was considering replacing the door opener also, but once he fixed the door itself, he said replacing the opener at this time wasn't necessary. I sincerely appreciated his honesty. It was also nice chatting with Keith about the company. It's refreshing to hear an employee speak so proudly of who they work for and how the business started and has grown. Very impressive. Precision Door is on my contractor "keep list"! You guys are great.

I qwas referred to you by my cousin who recently had a new opener installed for his garage door. I then saw your ad in the newspaper with coupons for reduced rated. I called for an appointment and today John Tsangarinos came and installed a new opener for us. He also put in a new coil spring, rollers for the doors, a keypad and even programmed our car to open the door. He was most courteous and answered all questions to my satisfaction. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Doug arrived ahead of schedule. Very friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. We needed new springs, rollers and bearings. There was NO ATTEMPT TO UP-SELL US INTO MORE THAN WE NEEDED! The difference in performance was obvious and our experience with Precision was one of the most positive we've ever had with any home repair provider. The "Angie's List Discount" was significant and much appreciated. There may be cheaper prices in the marketplace, but there is no better product or service than Precision.

I had used your company before to replace the springs and some brackets and the service person on the job was just as good.

Called at 2:30 PM with opener issues on an old opener and had a new opener installed, new spring, wheels, bearings and all set for another decade by 6:00 PM.
