Professional, friendly, and reliable service. Almost went with a local handyman just to save a couple of hundred bucks, glad I didn't! Precision did excellent work. I got my money's worth and piece of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong they'll come back and take care of it. Just remember to save your paperwork.

Our experience with Precision Door was outstanding. Eric and Ben were on time, very personable, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. After the repair of our torsion springs, we had them install a other new parts, and a set of nylon rollers. Our garage door is now better than it was originally. Before they left Eric and Ben gave us a brief tutorial on lubricating the moving parts of our door and opener. We couldn't be happier. We will be using Precision for any future door issues. We highly recommend them.

Precision Door was recommended to me by a friend. I was so pleased with the service. Keith, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He installed a new door opener, but also realized there was a problem with the spring and replaced it with the correct size spring. The garage door works perfectly now.

This is the 2nd time I've had to use Precision Door Services for separate Garage related work. On both occasions, I had the best service I could imagine. We first contacted Precision to repair the keypad that was not activating the garage door. After several unsuccessful attempts at repair by an installer, he called a technician who arranged to come that same afternoon. The technician replaced the circuit board on the motor which did not resolve the problem. Finally, after much sweat and effort, he replaced the motor with a new one that resolved the problem. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome. We have nothing but praise for your courteous and thoughtful service people that work for Precision.
