Keith came to complete the tune up I purchased through Groupon but he helped to troubleshoot and correct problems with the door tracking. Although the scope of work increased to replacing springs & cables and fortifying the top panel and pull bracket I am satisfied with his work and door operates like new.

john did an excellent job on the door. he noticed that the bearing on the right side of the door was failing and advised me that the single spring was at fault. I told him to do what was necessary to fix the problem and he did a great job. the door is so quiet now you can hardly hear it.
