James was honest about not needing new weather seal at the bottom of the door so I trusted him when he said that the old springs will become an issue soon and he could replace them while he was here cheaper than if I waited til they failed. I would call Precision Door again in the future.

I needed some repair work on my garage door and found a special deal on Angie's List for the replacement of the bottom seal and tune up. Tom called ahead and arrived within the promised window of time. Tom was very nice and professional as he explained exactly what he would do and the outcome I could expect. Everything was done quickly and exceptionally well and I'm tremendously happy with the job. I'm going to need my garage door replaced within the next couple years or so and I will certainly call Precision to do the job!

We had a problem with our garage door opening and closing. Precision Door Service installed the system about five years ago. James (Tech) checked out the system and stated that in was initially installed incorrectly by a Tech that had been termed. James replaced the entire system at no charge to us. James is very knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with such a great company, that stands behind their workmanship. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone. Also, the representative stayed longer than expected and actually apologized for the extra time. The representative was extremely professional and courteous. IT WAS SUNDAY MORNING. WENT OUT TO GET THE PAPER. PUSHED THE OVERHEAD DOOR BUTTON. OPENED 6" THEN CLOSED. TRIED AGAIN AND AGAIN. NO LUCK. PULLED RELEASE TO MANUALLY OPEN AND COULD ONLY OPEN IT 2 FT. JUST ABOUT BROKE MY BACK. WENT ONLINE AND FOUND PRECISION. CALLED AND GOT AMY WHO WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. SHE SIAD SHE WOULD GET SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE BETWEEN 1 AND 5 PM. BEN ELLIOT SHOWED UP A LITTLE AFTER ONE AND FOUND I HAD A BROKEN SPRING. HE WAS VERY PROFESSI0NAL AND DID THE REPAIR IN A SPEEDY MANNER. WORKS FINE AND I AM VERY SATISFIED.
