Hi James arrived punctually. He is a friendly professional. Answered my questions. Turns out my garage door is hurricane proof, and everything else is origonal to the house. Rollers were extremely worn, and the springs had lost most of their tension. When James was finished with the repairs I was elated....The doors sound, look, and function like they were brand new...and a thorough post cleanup as well. Precision sets their service standards very high and it is greatly apprciated. I appreciate service like this.

This gentleman was excellent. He called and asked if he could come EARLIER than the scheduled time. He quickly found the reason why the one side was closing incorrectly and also intalled a new outside key pad.He was friendly and knowlegeable. Your company installed these new doors a few months ago. I called after hearing the commercial on WFLA talk radio 970 AM.I would not hesitate to refer a friend to your company after the excellent service you have demonstrated.

Jim, Let me say from the time we made the phone call to schedule an appointment, until the time that James departed our residence, it was an excellent experience. We were called to keep us informed as to the status of the arrival time - mostly unheard of in most other service industries. (James and the office person should get a raise just for that).
